This site collects as little as possible. This page explains exactly what is collected and what happens to it.

What is collected

• Your email address, and your name if you choose to give it, when you submit the subscribe form. The name field is optional.
• Standard server logs kept by the website host, which may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These are generated automatically by hosting infrastructure.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels, and it does not run behavioral advertising.

How it is used

Contact details you submit are used to send occasional writing and updates from Blaire Ward. They are not sold, rented, or traded, and they are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Subscriber details are stored in HubSpot, a customer relationship management provider, which processes the data on Blaire Ward's behalf. The website is hosted by Vercel, and the domain is managed through Cloudflare. Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices.

Clinical information

Do not send clinical or medical information through this website. This site is educational and is not a healthcare service. It is not a HIPAA-covered platform, and messages sent through it are not protected health information. If you are a client in a clinical setting, use the channels your treating provider has given you, never this website.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also write to blaire@blaireward.com at any time to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests to delete are honored.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
